How do I request a private flight?
Describe your departure location, destination, travel dates, party size and preferences in the existing Volaré conversation. Tell us which details are fixed and where you can be flexible. A request is not a confirmed booking.
What does Volaré coordinate?
Volaré coordinates private flights through selected, licensed operators, with chauffeur transfers, villas and dining as complementary requests. Each element is subject to separate confirmation. Volaré does not operate aircraft.
Can I request a holiday empty leg?
Yes, when available. An empty leg is a repositioning flight linked to another itinerary, rather than a departure created around your plans. Share your travel preferences and flexibility; a suitable opportunity cannot be guaranteed.
Can I plan a holiday in the Alps?
You can request private aviation for a stay in St. Moritz, Courchevel or Gstaad, with an onward transfer coordinated around your destination. Winter weather and operating conditions must be considered; the itinerary needs confirmation.
Can families or groups travel together?
Share the complete party size, luggage requirements and any individual needs at the start. Volaré can coordinate a group request, subject to operator confirmation, and align complementary transfers and accommodation requests with the party's plans.
How far ahead should I make a request?
The earlier the better. Sharing your plans early leaves more room to review requirements and coordinate the different elements. Early planning is not a guarantee; every arrangement still requires confirmation.
