Dubai Private Aviation Guide

Al Maktoum (OMDW) is the preferred private aviation gateway to Dubai: dedicated executive terminal, lower congestion than DXB, and a thirty-minute chauffeured transfer to Downtown or DIFC.

DXB remains operationally available for private jets, but slot pressure and commercial traffic make DWC the cleaner choice for almost all members. The exception is short turnarounds where DXB's hotel proximity offsets congestion.

Helipad arrivals at Atlantis The Palm and Burj Al Arab are coordinated through Falcon Aviation or Helidubai. Both require advance scheduling and weight-and-balance confirmation.

Q1 (January to March) is high season for Gulf private aviation; empty leg liquidity into and out of DWC peaks in the same window.
