Grand Prix week is the most operationally complex window of the European private aviation calendar. Nice Côte d'Azur enforces strict slot allocation; aircraft positioning must be confirmed five to seven days in advance.

The established arrival is Nice → six-minute Monacair helicopter to the Monaco heliport, then ground transfer to Monte-Carlo, Fairmont or Hôtel de Paris. Yacht arrivals at the Quai Antoine 1er are coordinated separately.

Sunday evening, post-race, is the single tightest departure slot of the year at Nice. Pre-arranged slot timing and helicopter sequencing are the difference between a 21:00 departure and a 02:00 hotel re-check.

Empty leg specifics: Monday-morning repositioning legs from Nice back to Le Bourget, Farnborough, Linate and Geneva are unusually liquid in the 48 hours after the race.
