Empty Leg Flights from London

London's private aviation traffic flows through three FBOs — Farnborough (EGLF), Luton (EGGW) and Biggin Hill (EGKB). Empty leg liquidity is consistent across all three, with Farnborough holding the largest share of business-aviation-only traffic.

Densest corridors year-round: London → Geneva, London → Le Bourget, London → Nice/Monaco. From mid-May through October: London → Olbia, London → Ibiza, London → Mykonos, London → Cannes.

Winter corridor: London → Geneva / Sion / Innsbruck for the Alpine ski season, with helicopter onward transfer to Courchevel, Verbier, Zermatt and St. Moritz.

Operational note: Farnborough's strict slot management is paradoxically favourable for empty legs — operators schedule repositioning legs to known windows, making the empty leg inventory more predictable than at less-controlled airports.
